How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches Listcourse Mold Help deserves a fair and honest experience. If something did not go right, please tell us. This page covers how to raise a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You may contact us about:

  • How your call or message to Listcourse Mold Help was handled
  • How your personal information was treated
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or incorrect
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses, and they answer for their own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you have an issue with work done in your home, it usually makes sense to raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.

We would still like to hear about it. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Listcourse Mold Help cannot resolve contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending a Complaint

Email contact@listcourse.com and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you reached us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and the outcome you would like

After We Receive It

We will confirm receipt by email, normally within a few business days. We will look into the matter, which may mean speaking with the provider, and then tell you what we learned and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, that licensing agency may be able to help too.
